Mita Yuuki (Gym Uniform)

Inspiration: I put together this costume in collaboration with BentPic5 as a surprise for a friend who is a big fan of this series and was already planning on wearing her Fujino gym uniform costume at a convention we were both attending.

Materials/Construction Details: The gym bottoms were purchased from Japan. I also bought the shirt, but modified it so it would fit a little better and painted the color red. I also purchased the glasses, shoes, and knee highs. Overall, this was a very easy costume to put together.

Wig: I purchased this wig from cosplay.com’s marketplace and didn’t have to make very many adjustments to it. I did spray the wig down with Motions spay a little to try to keep the long fibers from tangling too bad.

Prop: I used a potion bottle I already had and filled it with water and a little food coloring to get the right shade of blue for Mita’s potions.
