Battlestar Gallactica

Inspiration: I know I’m a bit late to this fandom, but I watched Battlestar Gallactica on Netflix earlier this year and got hooked to the series. I marathoned through the entire series in about a week. My friends were also fans, so we decided to put together a little group for Dragon*Con. I chose Cally because I really liked her character and I adore mechanic chicks!

Materials/Construction Details: This was actually a really easy costume for me because it was all store bought! I bought the jumpsuit on ebay and the undershirts from Aradani Costumes. I did have to take the shirts in a bit, but otherwise this costume didn’t require any sewing. Our Colonel Tigh was awesome and made the dog tags for me. I used some black eyeshadow to dirty up my face a bit and I was done!

Wig: I used my own hair for this costume as well. I just had to pull it back into a pony tail and cut some bangs.
